Le Pavillon's Renovation Tour
We are excited to share that Le Pavillon Hotel, one of New Orleans iconic historic hotels operating for 100 years, has undergone an extensive renovation that is sure to wow you as you walk in the door. The high chandeliers on the ceiling to the carpets underneath your feet have been carefully selected to elevate the hotel but not lose its original charm. If you haven’t seen the transformation, we recommend you do.
Many thanks to GM Parker Sams and Adrienne Breaux, DoS, for the tour and a mouth-watering meal masterfully executed by Executive Chef, Derek McKenna, at Le Pavillon’s new on-site restaurant, Bijoux, serving French cuisine with Louisiana influences. Le Pavillon is one of GNOHLA’s oldest and loyal hotel members. Our records show Le Pavilllon as a member since at least 1972. We look forward to many more years of Le Pavillon maintaining its status as one of New Orleans luxury historic hotels.
