Respond to routine maintenance calls for the hotel including plumbing, electrical, and other normal hotel room issues. Be available to work on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our hotel and our customers. Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment on the premises. Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate systems to manufacturer’s recommendations Conduct all other duties as assigned by management.
